Mirbeau Beacon
I absolutely loved my time at Mirbeau’s newest location in Beacon. From the moment I arrived, the entire space felt beautiful, elegant, and effortlessly chic. Everywhere I looked, there was something lovely to take in. It truly felt like a spa for the eyes as much as it was a place to relax.
One of the first things I appreciated was the setup of the changing area. Unlike the Rhinebeck location, which only has one private changing room, Beacon offers multiple private changing rooms. That small detail made a big difference in comfort and convenience, and it immediately made the experience feel even more thoughtful and luxurious.
The pool area was one of my favorite parts of the day. Overlooking peaceful valley views, it felt calm, serene, and almost transportive. Between the scenery and the quiet atmosphere, it was the kind of place where you could fully exhale and let the rest of the world disappear for a while.
I also had a pedicure, and it was wonderful. It left my feet feeling pretty, pampered, and completely refreshed. It was one of those simple pleasures that somehow made the whole day feel even more indulgent.
Another highlight was the eucalyptus-infused steam room. I spent a good amount of time there and loved every minute of it. Under these circumstances, humidity is absolutely welcome. The steam felt soothing, restorative, and like a full-body reset. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy that deep, cleansing, detox-like feeling.
The solarium is gorgeous. The pool is gorgeous. The dressing rooms and bathrooms are spotless, well-stocked, and filled with everything you need to feel comfortable and cared for. Every part of the spa felt polished and intentional, which added to the sense of luxury throughout the day.
One practical note: if you plan on drinking while you’re there, expect beverages to run about $25 each.
Overall, Mirbeau Beacon delivered a spa experience that felt relaxing, refined, and visually stunning from start to finish. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to unwind and indulge a little, this one is absolutely worth the visit.
